Getting Started
Before you start please read the following information very carefully.
To register for MOTL you must complete the following 7 Steps.
Step 1 - Registration Form
Complete the Registration Form here
Please note that you are unable to Save part of the Form and get back to it later. You will need to complete and Submit the Registration Form in its entirety in one sitting so please make sure you have all the necessary information at your fingertips. It is advisable that a Parent be present if and when the Student is filling in the form.
Step 2 - Medical History
Complete the Medical History here
Step 3 - Consent Form (parent or guardian must be present)
Complete the Consent Form here
Note: the Consent Form must be done together with your parents or guardian.
Step 4 - School Recommendation
Get a Teacher or other appropriate school staff member to complete the School Recommendation Form here
Step 5 - Doctor's Report
Get your Doctor to complete the Doctor's Report here
Step 6 - FBI Travel
Please visit FBI Travel site via link below and complete your online travel application
Step 7 - Payment
Please pay your deposit of AUD 2500. For payment information click here
