Alissa is a Director of a consulting practice and specialises in governance, strategic funding and stakeholder management. Her experience includes 14 years working in legal and academic institutions, and 8 years in leadership positions in Not-for-Profit and philanthropic organisations. From 2018 – 2023 she was instrumental in supporting the Erdi Foundation in its transition as a start-up Private Ancillary Fund to a highly impactful and strategic funding organisation. She currently acts as a pro-bono advisor for The Queen’s Fund and sits on the Executive of the Jewish Community Council of Victoria.

As the grandchild of Holocaust survivors, she feels a profound duty to educate others about the horrors of the Holocaust, to ensure that "never again" becomes a reality and not just a promise.
