Yael believes that education is necessary to ensure Jewish continuity, a value which she and her husband, Mark, instilled in their two sons, Zack and Josh, throughout their upbringing.

Yael began her career as an Accountant at Ernst & Young, later moved to Telstra and has spent the past 20 years working in Jewish schools and organisations.
