Below please find a collated list of events, both local and international, that are being run in honour of and surrounding this year's Yom HaShoah / Yom Hazikaron / Yom Ha'atzmaut. The listing below is in chronological order, and will be continually updated:


  • Tuesday 26 April at 7:00pm AEST - Youth HEAR's Yom HaShoah Commemoration - "Mediums of Memory"


  • Wednesday 27 April at 7:00pm AEST – New South Wales Jewish Board of Deputies' Yom HaShoah Commemoration – “Keeping Alive the Stories of Survival”



  • Wednesday 27 April at 7:00pm AWSTThe Jewish Community Council of WA and the Holocaust Institute of WA's Yom HaShoah Commemoration“On the brink - 80 years since the Wannsee Conference”


  • Thursday 28 April at 9:30am AEST - Combat Antisemitism Movement (CAM) and Zikaron BaSalon's co-sponsored event - "From Australia to New York: Bringing Holocaust Survivors to Living Rooms Around the World", featuring Survivor Abe Goldberg from Melbourne - Click here to view a recording of this event.



  • Thursday 28 April at 10:00pm AEST - International March of the Living (USA) Yom HaShoah Commemoration - "Fighting Antisemitism: Passing the torch of memory from the survivors to the next generations" - Click here to view a recording of this event.
